I know the chemistry, my question is how long does it take if I use an oxidizing agent and hang the rug in a dry sunny airy sopt?. “The persistent stink of cat urine is felinine, S-(3-hydroxy-1,1 -dimethylpropyl) -L-cysteine. Mild oxidation oxidizes the sulfur and neutralizes the stink”
